Company is a German staffing services company with specialisation for technical professions such as construction, engineering. The company has ca. 150 employees and has an annual turnover of ca. 4.2 million Euro. The company was founded in 2005 and has subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

We educate our employees for special professions, green building is one of this needs. Schnellkraft Personalmanagement GmbH plans to work with 2 leading persons at this project.

Lars Kempt,  Mr. Kempt is also lecturer at Technical University of Chemnitz for energy policy since 2005. He has knowledge of legal requirements for green building in European Union and national states. He also has scientific skills of history and new developments of this industry.

Tom Köke,  Mr. Köke is specialist for human resources in thermal insulation and energy efficiency. He is responsible for customers at this branch of industry and knows basics and special demands for these professions. He has wide experiences at this area for more than 8 years.
